On WindowsXP;

1. Download driver from Elecom.

2. Disable the Wlan driver of the existing wlan device and disconnect the device(PC card).

3. Run Setup.exe in driver package.

Error message “ファイルがみつかりません”　in the process, but ignore it.

4. Plug in the device:  successful!
